Al participar en el acto protocolario de inicio de las audiencias públicas convocadas por el Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, específicamente en materia anticorrupción, el presidente de la Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (Coparmex) Chihuahua, Salvador Carrejo Orozco, dijo que el Sindicato Patronal participa en ese ejercicio ciudadano, sobre todo, para fortalecer los mecanismos de participación ciudadana.
“Nos sentimos satisfechos y agradecidos con el Congreso del Estado por la dinámica del día de ayer, pero aún falta mucho por hacer; falta aterrizar acuerdos y traducirlos en reformas de ley que es lo que buscamos”, puntualizó el líder empresarial.
Recordó que el tema anticorrupción es uno de los ejes que, a lo largo de sus tres años de gestión como presidente del organismo empresarial, ha sido blanco de posicionamientos de la COPARMEX, sin embargo, añadió que, desde 2015, la Confederación ha manifestado a nivel nacional su interés en la implementación de un Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción eficiente, que permee no solo en el país sino en los estados.
Hace casi una década, dijo, el Sindicato Patronal se posicionó en la Glorieta del Ángel de la Independencia en la Ciudad de México, para presionar al Senado por el retraso en la publicación de la Ley General del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción, y, en consecuencia, esa ley se publicó en 2016, y de ahí emanaron los Sistemas Estatales.
Añadió que, la audiencia realizada el pasado miércoles en las instalaciones del Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE) de Chihuahua, fue el marco idóneo para mostrar la alianza que existe entre la COPARMEX Chihuahua y otras organizaciones civiles, que pidieron espacio al Poder Legislativo para externar sus preocupaciones, pero sobre todo para hacer propuestas proactivas.
“De hecho se hicieron propuestas muy específicas, y, si bien fue un acto más protocolario que otra cosa, estamos optimistas en que esto se pueda traducir en mesas de trabajo específicas, en las que podamos analizar a detalle y con profundidad las propuestas que se hicieron, y podamos llegar a acuerdos que hagan mucho más eficiente el trabajo del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción en general, y muy en particular los mecanismos de participación ciudadana”, precisó.
Las propuestas realizadas por COPARMEX y otras organizaciones como Ciudadanos en Participación Activa (CEPAC) y Plan Estratégico Juárez fueron:
- Revisión de la conformación de la Comisión de Selección del CPC y de los criterios de selección del Comité de Participación Ciudadana del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción.
- Análisis del retraso en la implementación de la Política Estatal Anticorrupción.
- Diálogo y acción sobre los resultados poco visibles del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción.
- Adecuaciones necesarias a la legislación estatal en materia anticorrupción.
- Y la verificación de designaciones pendientes de las personas titulares de los Órganos Internos de Control en diversos municipios.
