El Gobierno Municipal 2024-2027 a través de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal, lanzó una campaña preventiva contra el fraude telefónico, denominada “No te dejes estafar”.
El objetivo es evitar que la ciudadanía sea víctima de este tipo de delito e impulsar la denuncia ante la Policía Cibernética de la SSPM, para lo cual se pone a disposición el número de teléfono 656-582-7399.
Esta recomendación va dirigida a las familias juarenses, así como para los entes públicos y privados, por lo que la policía cibernética cuenta con elementos capacitados para atender a la ciudadanía y dar acompañamiento ante las instancias necesarias.
Así mismo, se cuenta con una base de datos de los números telefónicos de donde se realizan este tipo de llamadas fraudulentas, los cuales, un aproximado del 90 % de ellos se encuentra en el interior del país.
En caso de recibir este tipo de llamadas, se recomienda no dar información, colgar de inmediato y verificar que sus familiares se encuentren con bien, de igual manera la policía municipal recuerda a la ciudadanía que la atención se da las 24 horas del día a través de la aplicación WhatsApp.
