La Dirección de Grupos Vulnerables y Prevención a la Discriminación, de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Humano y Bien Común, impartió el taller de sensibilización “Ponte en mis Zapatos” a personal de las empresas Grupos Cementos de Chihuahua (GCC) y Brown Boxes.
Aarón Pedraza Rodríguez, titular de dicha Dirección, resaltó que ambas capacitaciones se llevaron a cabo con el propósito de visibilizar distintas discapacidades, para así generar entornos laborales conscientes y empáticos hacia los retos que enfrenta este sector de la población.
Señaló que el taller incluye diversas actividades vivenciales, las cuales están enfocadas en que los participantes experimenten la discapacidad por medio de dinámicas de desplazamiento adaptadas a cada centro de trabajo.
Indicó que en el caso de GCC se contó con la asistencia de 40 integrantes de la empresa, mientras que en Brown Boxes colaboraron 15 personas más, quienes replicarán su experiencia al resto de sus compañeros.
La capacitación “Ponte en mis Zapatos” es gratuita y se encuentra disponible para empresas, escuelas y oficinas gubernamentales.
