Con el fin de mejorar los procesos administrativos y ofrecer capacitaciones a las áreas de Recursos Humanos de las diversas secretarías y organismos descentralizados del Gobierno del Estado, la Secretaría de Hacienda llevó a cabo la Tercera Convención de Recursos Humanos.
El titular de la dependencia, José de Jesús Granillo, dijo que en los últimos cuatro años de la administración se ha trabajado en poner orden en la casa, no solo desde el ámbito administrativo, sino también a través de la mejora de las condiciones para las y los colaboradores.
Durante la actual administración se han realizado acciones para mejorar las condiciones del recurso humano, como la entrega de bases para 2 mil 700 operativos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Fiscalía General del Estado.
Recordó que en 2022 se regularon las prestaciones de los servidores públicos, se creó una herramienta para medir el clima laboral, y se implementó la Plataforma de Recursos Humanos para organizar los procesos. Mientras que en 2023 nació la herramienta Best Humanist Government, que eleva la calidad y el clima laboral.
Granillo añadió que este y otros proyectos no se han logrado en solitario, por lo que reconoció el trabajo de las y los colaboradores que se han comprometido y han impulsado cada uno de ellos.
La Convención se desarrollará durante dos días con temas como la comunicación y la gestión del talento, la importancia de la medición del clima laboral y la conferencia inaugural de Jorge Rosas, denominada “Líder que cuida y reta”.
En la inauguración estuvieron presentes el secretario de la Función Pública, Roberto Fierro Duarte; la subsecretaria de Administración, Flor Magallanes Villa; la directora de Recursos Humanos, Norma Leticia Enderi; el director del Colegio de Chihuahua, Miguel Orta; y otras autoridades.
