El empresario Raúl Rocha Cantú, dueño de Miss Universo a quien se investiga por delincuencia organizada y huachicol, reapareció en París.
El periodista Sergio Sarmiento publicó en sus redes sociales una fotografía de Rocha Cantú, quien fue captado en el Bar Vendôme del Hotel Ritz, en la capital francesa.
De acuerdo con el diario Reforma, Rocha está, según la imagen, en un espacio exclusivo del hotel que se ubica en la Place Vendôme. El empresario, que recientemente perdió en México el beneficio de testigo colaborador dentro del proceso que se le sigue, aparece sentado en una mesa del establecimiento.
Un juez determinó que Rocha Cantú debe comparecer ante autoridades tras rechazar el freno de forma indefinida a la revocación de su criterio de oportunidad.
La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) quitó a Rocha la inmunidad penal, pues consideró que éste incumplió con su obligación de asistir a las diligencias del 8 y 12 de diciembre, en las que debía otorgar información de la red criminal a la que presuntamente pertenecía.
Delincuencia organizada, tráfico de armas, drogas y contrabando de combustible son los delitos que se le imputan al dueño de Miss Universo.
