Arturo Medina, diputado coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PRI en el Congreso del Estado y representante del Distrito 22, celebró junto a la comunidad guachochenses el 62 aniversario del municipio considerado “El Corazón de la Sierra Tarahumara”.
En un acto que reunió a familias de todas las zonas del municipio, así como a ciudadanos de todos los sectores sociales, Medina reconoció el desarrollo acelerado del municipio que se ha convertido en el centro neurálgico de toda la región en temas de salud, educación, cultura, economía y turismo.
“Nada de esto ha sucedido en automático, son las mujeres y hombres de esta tierra quienes se han encargado de construir con mucho esfuerzo un lugar fuerte que va siempre hacia adelante”, señaló el priista.
El también Presidente de la Comisión de Pueblos y Comunidades Indígenas del Poder Legislativo local, calificó a Guachochi como un gigante del turismo cultural y de aventura en el norte del país, y reconoció el papel de empresarios, emprendedores y familias trabajadoras en el logro de esta posición.
El legislador señaló que el desarrollo del municipio está estrechamente relacionado con las decisiones que toma la ciudadanía, el compromiso con la comunidad que muestran los empresarios, el esfuerzo permanente de las familias para salir adelante y el trabajo que realizan los buenos gobiernos, eje en el que destacó el trabajo del Alcalde Pepe Yáñez a quien felicitó por sus buenos resultados.
“El Alcalde Pepe Yáñez fue uno de los primeros en presentar su Plan de Desarrollo Municipal, ha transitado cada auditoría sin señalamientos que pongan en duda la buena administración de los recursos, y ha puesto mucho cariño al trabajo que hace en las comunidades, eso se ve en los caminos, en el agua potable llegando a más lugares, en el reconocimiento que la gente hace de su labor”, manifestó.
Medina recordó que el municipio ha enfrentando intentos políticos “malintencionados” para sembrar divisiones entre la población, pero aplaudió que finalmente las familias decidan siempre por defender su forma de vida que obedece al esfuerzo, al trabajo y la armonía.
Dijo, parte fundamental de la unidad ejemplar de la sociedad de Guachochi, se debe al ejemplo de fortaleza del Pueblo Rarámuri, para quien aseguró estar trabajando a fin de garantizar su acceso a más y mejores oportunidades, así como al libre ejercicio de sus derechos.
“El Pueblo Rarámuri es impresionante, nos han dado mucha fuerza para aprender a luchar y hacerlo con el corazón. Desde el Congreso estoy dando una gran batalla para que sus voces sean escuchadas, pero sobre todo atendidas”, indicó al reconocer especialmente el trabajo de las y los gobernadores tradicionales que han liderado históricamente el camino de este pueblo originario.
Medina reiteró su compromiso con la comunidad, misma a la que le aseguró hará un esfuerzo cada vez mayor para impulsar mejores condiciones de vida. “Lo sabemos todos aquí, el PRI y la sierra tenemos una historia muy profunda de trabajo en equipo, hemos construido muchísimo juntos y así seguiremos por un largo tiempo”, finalizó.
