Respecto a la votación del dictamen presentado por la Sección Instructora de la Cámara de Diputados, a la que la Fiscalía General del Estado de Morelos solicitó iniciar el proceso de desafuero al legislador Cuauhtémoc Blanco, para enfrentar la denuncia por intento de violación que presentó su media hermana, estos son los sentidos de los votos que emitieron las y los representantes de Chihuahua.
Por parte del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, los juarenses Héctor Armando Cabada Alvídrez, y Daniel Murguía Lardizabal, votaron a favor de que se mantuviera la protección al exgobernador morenista, mientras que Teresita de Jesús Vargas Meraz registró falta en la sesión de este martes 25 de marzo.
El dictamen, que iba en sentido negativo sobre el expediente LXV/HCD/DP/02/2025 también fue respaldado por los priístas Alejandro Domínguez Domínguez, quien es presidente estatal del PRI, Noel Chávez Velázquez, que pasó de ser diputado local a federal, Graciela Ortiz González, exfuncionaria duartista, y Juan Antonio “Tony” Meléndez Ortega, excantante del Grupo Primavera.
Destaca que el PRI se había mantenido como un férreo opositar a cuanto asunto abordara Morena, tanto a nivel federal como en el Congreso del Estado, y ahora apoyó a “la aplanadora” del bloque oficialista, en medio de señalamientos que aseguran que se trató de un intercambio de favores, pues su líder nacional, es el protagonista de otra carpeta de investigación en la Sección Instructora.
Entre los 67 votos en contra que emitió el Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Acción Nacional, las chihuahuenses Carmen Rocío González Alonso, y María Angélica “Manque” Granados Trespalacios, refrendaron su compromiso con las mujeres que piden justicia en temas de violencia de género, como la agresión sexual de la que fue acusado el otrora futbolista del Club América en México.
Lo mismo hicieron, la representante del Distrito Federal Eectoral 3, Lilia Aguilar Gil (PT), y el parralense Alfredo “El Caballo” Lozoya, al votar en contra del dictamen negativo, que favorecía a Blanco.
Cabe destacar que 25 morenistas, 22 mujeres y 3 hombres, no solo se negaron a respaldar el fuero del acusado, sino que se pronunciaron públicamente sobre las razones para hacerlo, entre las que se advirtió, como también se puede ver en el registro de votaciones, que el propio Cuauhtémoc Blanco votó en su favor, cuando el reglamento orgánico lo impide.
