En atención al debido proceso y en cumplimiento estricto de la legalidad, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Chihuahua, da a conocer que el ciudadano César Duarte Jáquez: será trasladado a la ciudad de México, con la finalidad de comparecer ante la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), en atención a una diligencia legal correspondiente a su proceso judicial.
Dicha comparecencia se lleva a cabo en cumplimiento al oficio FGR/FECOC/FEIAR-1951/2025, emitido por esta autoridad el pasado 19 de septiembre de 2025.
Por lo que un Juez de Control del Distrito Judicial Morelos, autorizó el traslado del imputado para cumplir con esta actuación procesal, una vez realizada la revisión correspondiente de la solicitud.
Al respecto el TSJ, detalla que para para efectuar su traslado da cumplimiento a lo siguiente:
-El procedimiento es estrictamente legal y controlado.
-El ciudadano César Duarte porta en todo momento su brazalete electrónico de localización.
-El traslado se efectúa bajo la custodia de un grupo de agentes de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Chihuahua, cuya única función es garantizar su seguridad y retorno.
-No existen desvíos, cambios de ruta ni modificaciones en las condiciones establecidas.
-El desplazamiento obedece únicamente a esta diligencia, sin incluir otras actividades adicionales.
De esta manera el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, realiza esta diligencia en total cumplimiento y apego estricto a la ley, como parte del compromiso firme con la legalidad, la transparencia y el debido proceso de los ciudadanos.
