Con el objetivo de fortalecer la coordinación interinstitucional y mejorar los procesos de impartición de justicia, el Poder Judicial del Estado de Chihuahua realizó una visita a las instalaciones de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal (DSPM), encabezada por la magistrada presidenta, Marcela Herrera Sandoval, acompañada por las magistradas y magistrado, Perla Ruiz, Claudia Juárez, Javier Acosta, juezas, jueces y personal de gestión penal.
Durante el recorrido, las y los integrantes del Poder Judicial conocieron de primera mano los distintos sistemas tecnológicos utilizados por la DSPM para la prevención, atención e investigación de los hechos delictivos en la ciudad, así como los protocolos operativos que rigen la actuación policial; elementos clave para la adecuada integración de los expedientes que llegan a los órganos jurisdiccionales.
La magistrada presidenta Marcela Herrera Sandoval enfatizó la relevancia de continuar fortaleciendo el trabajo conjunto entre instituciones para consolidar un verdadero Estado de Derecho. Reconoció el compromiso del personal de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal, así como el esfuerzo constante que realiza el Poder Judicial en materia de capacitación y vinculación institucional.
“Es fundamental seguir trabajando de manera colaborativa. Esta visita nos permite reconocer el trabajo que realizan quienes están al frente de la seguridad pública, así como fortalecer nuestros criterios en la integración de expedientes y en la resolución de los asuntos que llegan al Poder Judicial. Conocer directamente los protocolos, la investigación y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas nos ayuda a identificar áreas de oportunidad y a mejorar, cada institución desde su ámbito, para brindar un mejor servicio a la ciudadanía chihuahuense”, señaló.
El Director de Seguridad Pública Municipal, Julio César Salas González, destacó que esta visita representa un hecho inédito, al señalar que es la primera ocasión en la que una presidencia del Poder Judicial acude a conocer directamente el modelo de trabajo de la corporación policial, subrayando la importancia de generar espacios de colaboración que permitan ofrecer mejores resultados a la ciudadanía.
Durante el encuentro, juezas y jueces de la materia penal destacaron la relevancia del sistema de videovigilancia, al considerarlo un elemento fundamental como medio de prueba en los procesos judiciales, al aportar información clave para la valoración de los hechos y la emisión de resoluciones.
Esta visita refrenda el compromiso del Poder Judicial del Estado de Chihuahua y de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal por mantener una comunicación permanente, fortalecer la colaboración institucional y generar sinergias que permitan mejorar los procedimientos, evitar fallas en el sistema y contribuir a la construcción de una justicia más eficiente y cercana a la ciudadanía.
