El Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, invita a la comunidad a participar en la tercera edición de la Feria de la Vivienda, que se llevará a cabo este sábado en el estacionamiento del Estadio 8 de Diciembre.
Comentó que por instrucción de la Presidenta de la República, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, durante el evento se entregarán cancelaciones de hipotecas, otorgando así a los ciudadanos beneficiados la certeza legal de su patrimonio.
El encuentro será de las 9:00 de la mañana a las 5:00 de la tarde en el estadio 8 de Diciembre, situado en la avenida Talamás Camandari y Lote Bravo.
El coordinador de Proyectos de la Dirección General de Desarrollo Urbano, Rodrigo Fuentes, informó que esta feria es organizada por el Gobierno Municipal en coordinación con el Infonavit y busca ofrecer, en un solo punto, servicios de vivienda, asesorías y trámites relacionados con la propiedad.
Más de 70 módulos serán instalados por inmobiliarias, colegios de profesionistas y dependencias de los tres órdenes de Gobierno, con el objetivo de facilitar desde la obtención de un acta de nacimiento hasta la cancelación de una hipoteca.
El Infonavit trasladará todos sus servicios al estadio, mientras que la Dirección General de Desarrollo Urbano brindará asesoría técnica y acompañamiento a los promoventes de vivienda.
Para amenizar la jornada habrá muestra de lucha libre, música en vivo y presentación de mariachi.
Se espera una asistencia de alrededor de 8 mil personas, cifra similar a la alcanzada en la edición anterior.
El evento reúne a cámaras empresariales y dependencias federales, estatales y municipales que trabajan de manera conjunta para ofrecer soluciones rápidas y efectivas a las familias juarenses en materia de vivienda y patrimonio.
