El Gobierno Municipal de Chihuahua, a través de la Dirección de Desarrollo Rural y la Dirección de Obras Públicas, culminaron la obra “línea de conducción e interconexión a red de distribución en la localidad de El Vallecillo”, la cual abastecerá de agua potable a la parte alta de esta comunidad, perteneciente al seccional de El Charco.
Esta gestión se realizó a través del presidente del Comité de Agua Potable de la localidad ante la Junta Central de Agua y Saneamiento (JCAS) para la solución a la problemática de fallas en el suministro del agua en las viviendas, por lo que la citada dependencia elaboró un proyecto denominado, “Municipio de Chihuahua, Chihuahua”.
Esta obra realizada gracias al recurso de la Dirección de Desarrollo Rural y elaborado a través de la Dirección de Obras Públicas Municipales, el proyecto se llevó a cabo en dos etapas:
La primera etapa dio inicio en el año 2023 y tuvo una inversión de casi un millón 485 millones de pesos, y consistió en la creación de una línea de conducción del tanque existente a un tanque proyectado, para posteriormente realizar la línea de interconexión del tanque proyectado a la red de distribución existente.
Para la segunda etapa se tuvo una inversión de un millón 100 mil pesos, en la cual se llevó a cabo la construcción de un tren de descarga de 3 pulgadas de diámetro en pozo, la protección a la caseta de operación, la construcción de un tanque superficial de mampostería con capacidad de 50 metros cúbicos y la Instalación de equipo de rebombeo solar.
Todas estas acciones forman parte del compromiso del alcalde, Marco Bonilla, con dignificar y apoyar a las familias de la zona rural de Chihuahua capital, llevándoles los servicios básicos como lo es el agua potable.
