La gobernadora Maru Campos sostuvo una reunión de trabajo con Octavio Romero Orozco, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), para conocer los avances de la estrategia del Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar en Chihuahua.
El encuentro se desarrolló en Palacio de Gobierno, donde el funcionario federal presentó los avances en los rubros atendidos, en conjunto con la Comisión Estatal de Suelo y Vivienda (Coesvi).
Estos incluyen contrataciones, permisos y la selección de los espacios para la implementación del Programa.
El proyecto, que contempla la construcción de 50 mil viviendas en todo el estado dará respuesta a la demanda de la derechohabiencia que cumple los criterios para la adquisición de estos inmuebles.
“Vamos muy bien, ya traemos más de 250 mil viviendas en inicio de obra y en algunos casos ya estamos entregando”, detalló Romero Orozco sobre el proyecto nacional, que al momento registra un 20 por ciento de avance general.
Junto con el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecología, Gabriel Valdez, Maru Campos dio seguimiento a las cifras y solicitudes presentadas, así como a la iniciativa de condonación de predios y facilidad de trámites para construcción.
Se prevé que los inmuebles que se construirán con apoyo del Gobierno del Estado y los ayuntamientos, sean de al menos 60 metros cuadrados en beneficio de los trabajadores chihuahuenses que perciben entre 1 y 2 salarios mínimos.
En su primera etapa las unidades contarán con dos recámaras, sala-comedor, cocina, baño completo, área de servicio, áreas verdes y de esparcimiento, y los servicios de luz, agua y drenaje.
