El coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en el Congreso del Estado, Alfredo Chávez, denunció que Morena intentó imponer magistrados afines a su partido, al presentar una lista sin consenso legislativo, violando el proceso parlamentario y la Constitución.
Chávez afirmó que el Congreso no es una oficialía de partes y que la selección de magistrados debe realizarse con un proceso legítimo, no mediante imposiciones partidistas.
Destacó que las fuerzas políticas en el Congreso decidieron no avalar la lista de magistrados presentada por Morena, ya que se identificaron perfiles con vínculos partidistas.
“Nosotros no estamos obligados a aceptar una lista que Morena intentó imponer sin acuerdo parlamentario. No vamos a permitir la partidización del Poder Judicial”, declaró Chávez.
El Congreso determinó continuar con la votación de jueces, garantizando así la legalidad del proceso para estos nombramientos.
“Lo que hicimos fue preservar el derecho de los jueces y juezas a ser votados en el Pleno. Morena debe demostrar congruencia y votar este dictamen, en lugar de intentar imponer su voluntad”, sostuvo el diputado.
Subrayó que la responsabilidad de que el proceso avance de manera institucional recae en todas las fuerzas políticas y exhortó a Morena a respetar la deliberación democrática.
“Hoy queda claro que Chihuahua no es un estado donde se puedan imponer decisiones sin consenso. Aquí hay pluralidad y no permitiremos imposiciones que comprometan la independencia del Poder Judicial”, concluyó.
