El Diputado Cuauhtémoc Estrada Sotelo, coordinador de los diputados de Morena en el Congreso de Chihuahua, denunció una serie de actos graves de corrupción y violaciones a los derechos laborales y sindicales en el municipio de Camargo, encabezado por el presidente municipal Jorge Alejandro Aldana Aguilar.
Estrada Sotelo detalló que la administración de Aldana Aguilar ha procedido al despido injustificado de 116 trabajadores municipales, en lo que parece ser un intento deliberado de desmantelar el sindicato y despojar a los empleados de sus derechos fundamentales, incluidos los derechos constitucionales de libertad sindical y mejora de condiciones laborales.
“Lo que estamos viendo es una clara violación a los derechos de los trabajadores y un intento de liquidar al sindicato, afectando gravemente la estabilidad laboral en la región”, denunció el diputado.
En cuanto a la gestión del servicio de recolección de basura, Estrada Sotelo reveló un acto de ineficiencia y corrupción por parte de la administración municipal, al concesionar el servicio de recolección de residuos a una empresa privada, incrementando exponencialmente el costo para los camargueses. Mientras que anteriormente el municipio pagaba alrededor de 800 mil pesos mensuales para cubrir los gastos operativos, ahora, con la concesión, el costo asciende a 2 millones 784 mil pesos al mes, lo que representa un aumento desproporcionado de más de tres veces el costo inicial.
“Este incremento desmedido, que equivale a un gasto anual cercano a los 33 millones de pesos y a más de 500 millones durante los 15 años de contrato, es una clara muestra de cómo la administración de Aldana Aguilar está sacrificando el bienestar de los camargueses en beneficio de intereses privados. Es necesario investigar de dónde proviene este contrato y quiénes son los verdaderos beneficiarios de este negocio, que claramente afecta la economía local”, señaló Estrada Sotelo.
El Diputado hizo un llamado a las autoridades competentes para que inicien una investigación exhaustiva sobre los actos de corrupción y abuso de poder que se están llevando a cabo en Camargo, al tiempo que exhortó a los ciudadanos a no permitir que sus derechos laborales sean pisoteados y que los recursos públicos se sigan desviando para beneficiar a unos pocos.
