El fiscal general de Estados Unidos, Todd Blanche, afirmó que el Departamento de Justicia no debería encargarse de regular la inteligencia artificial y descartó que la dependencia busque asumir esa función.
“Nosotros somos fiscales, no reguladores. Así que no vamos a intentar regular la IA”, declaró Blanche.
El funcionario calificó a la inteligencia artificial como “extraordinariamente beneficiosa para nuestra sociedad”, aunque reconoció que la tecnología se ha convertido en un punto de conflicto político en Estados Unidos.
