Ante el incremento de vuelos de drones provenientes de Estados Unidos en territorio mexicano, el secretario de la Defensa Nacional, Ricardo Trevilla Trejo, aseguró que no se ha violado la soberanía del espacio aéreo nacional, ni indicios de espionaje por Estados Unidos.
“No hay ningún indicio de que hayan violado el espacio aéreo nacional. No hay ningún indicio al respecto (sobre espionaje)”, aseguró en la mañanera de este martes.
“¿Descarta que haya actividades de espionaje en el país?”, se le preguntó. “No hay ningún indicio al respecto”, respondió.
“Específicamente a esto de los vuelos, debemos decir que en un primer término no se ha violado la soberanía del espacio aéreo nacional. (…) Cuando se llega a requerir el apoyo de algún sobrevuelo, es por solicitud de nosotros, de las Fuerzas Armadas, es por solicitud y nosotros autorizamos y se especifica muy claramente el área, la ruta, la información que se debe obtener y que es transmitida de inmediato a nosotros, muchas veces, la mayoría de las veces en tiempo real. Es decir, hay mucho control sobre ello”, aseguró.
