El diputado por el Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), Jorge Soto, presidente de la Comisión de Hacienda, aseguró que con la recientemente aprobada actualización de las tablas de valores catastrales, se da un paso firme para construir una política fiscal más justa, que no solo garantiza el pago equitativo del predial, sino que también impulsará el desarrollo de los municipios.
El legislador enfatizó que estas tablas son más que un instrumento técnico, ya que “son una herramienta que conecta el valor real de las propiedades con su impacto en la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Más recursos significan mejores servicios públicos: calles pavimentadas, seguridad y espacios recreativos, que hacen la diferencia en nuestras comunidades”, explicó.
Soto destacó que la actualización aprobada por mayoría también beneficia a los ciudadanos que busquen vender sus propiedades, ya que otorga un valor catastral actualizado y más cercano al de mercado. “Los propietarios pueden negociar con mayor transparencia y confianza, lo que no solo facilita las transacciones, sino que también incrementa la estabilidad y competitividad del sector inmobiliario en el estado”, afirmó.
Dentro del dictamen aprobado, se mencionó que los municipios de Hidalgo del Parral, Uruachi y Guazapares no presentaron su propuesta en tiempo y forma, por lo que continuarán en vigencia las tablas de 2024.
Para concluir, Jorge Soto aseguró que la actualización aprobada por las y los diputados no solo abona a la recaudación fiscal, sino que marca un antes y un después en la forma en que los municipios podrán generar recursos propios, contribuyendo a su autosuficiencia financiera”, puntualizó.
