La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) cumplió una orden de aprehensión contra Sandra Lucía Téllez Nieves, socia fundadora de la Guardería ABC, donde en 2009 murieron 49 niños durante un incendio.
Téllez es acusada de los delitos de homicidio y lesiones culposas por la tragedia ocurrida en Hermosillo, Sonora. Actualmente, se encuentra en el Centro de Reinserción Social Femenil de esa ciudad para cumplir la sentencia condenatoria dictada en su contra.
“Cabe destacar que esta persona estaba prófuga en territorio estadounidense, sin embargo, luego de diversas gestiones realizadas por la Fiscalía Especial para Asuntos Internacionales de la FGR, se efectuó su deportación controlada en la Garita I, Puerta México, Dennis DeConcini, en Nogales”, informó la FGR.
