El secretario de Economía, Marcelo Ebrard, informó este martes a diputados que la próxima semana viajará a Corea del Sur para reunirse con autoridades de Estados Unidos y Canadá en el marco de la Cooperación Económica Asia-Pacífico (APEC) para revisar el tratado de libre comercio.
Luego de una reunión a puerta cerrada con coordinadores y diputados de los seis grupos parlamentarios, confirmó que la semana próxima “voy a estar en la APEC, hay que viajar a Corea del Sur, allá van a ser las reuniones”.
“En este momento yo diría, bueno, ¿en qué estamos? ¿En qué punto estamos? Bueno, en primer lugar estamos en el objetivo que nos fijó la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum de que tengamos la mejor posición relativa respecto a todos los demás países”, explicó.
Ebrard consideró que “México ha conseguido buenos resultados en eso, respecto a los demás socios comerciales de Estados Unidos”.
