El alcalde Marco Bonilla convivió con la comunidad evangélica y con las familias de los Kilómetros en Ciudad Juárez durante una posada navideña organizada en “The Church Plazuela”, en la colonia Granjas del Progreso, donde fue recibido con el cariño y la calidez que distingue a los juarenses.
En un ambiente familiar, Bonilla resaltó que el verdadero sentido de la Navidad es la unidad, la esperanza y el amor, valores que —dijo— siempre han sacado adelante a Juárez en los momentos más difíciles. “Aquí en la frontera sabemos que cuando nos unimos, nada nos detiene”, expresó.
Señaló además que el 2026 debe ser un año de prosperidad para Juárez y Chihuahua, avanzando juntos y sin diferencias, porque “cuando a Juárez le va bien, a todo el estado le va mejor”.
Durante la posada, las y los asistentes compartieron alimentos, dulces y regalos. También hubo juguetes para niñas y niños, creando un ambiente de fiesta y comunidad que reunió a cerca de 500 personas.
La celebración recordó la fuerza de las familias juarenses, su fe y su espíritu solidario, que hacen de la Navidad una temporada especial en la frontera.
