El Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, en coordinación con las diferentes corporaciones de seguridad de los tres órdenes de gobierno, encabezó la Mesa de Coordinación para la Construcción de la Paz, la cual se llevó a cabo en el Centro de Emergencia y Respuesta Inmediata de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal.
La Dirección General de Protección Civil dio a conocer que el Heroico Cuerpo de Bomberos atendió durante la última semana 203 servicios de emergencia y agradeció al alcalde por el apoyo recibido en los festejos por el Día Nacional del Bombero, el cual se llevó acabo con diferentes eventos que fueron realizados con éxito y saldo blanco.
La Coordinación General de Seguridad Vial informó que fueron generadas, en la semana del 16 al 22 de agosto, más de 4 mil boletas de infracción, por motivos como el rebasar los límites de velocidad, omitir alto gráfico, utilizar teléfono celular, entre otras.
Como parte de los resultados, las diferentes corporaciones de seguridad dieron a conocer importantes detenciones de personas que cometieron delitos, aseguramiento de armas, estupefacientes y otras acciones.
La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal, resaltó la detención de dos individuos con más de 40 mil pastillas de Fentalino, además de la detención de 234 personas por delitos del fuero común, 19 por delitos del fuero federal y 65 personas por delitos contra la salud.
El Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres, destacó que pese a que esta semana se redujeron las atenciones, siguen siendo mujeres de 18 a 59 años, quienes más solicitan el apoyo a esta institución en temas principalmente de violencia de género.
Como parte de la reunión participó la Dirección de Justicia Cívica del Gobierno Municipal; así como la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado, Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, Guardia Nacional, Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos y la Secretaría de Bienestar.
