Víctor Edmundo Zapién, proponente de la obra, agradeció al alcalde por la repavimentación, pues señaló que este tipo de trabajos unían a dos sectores del fraccionamiento, destacando que los vecinos se encontraban contentos al ver el proyecto realizado.
Por su parte el Presidente Pérez Cuéllar, señaló que el trabajo es conjunto entre vecinos y municipio, señalando que gracias a su participación a través del Presupuesto Participativo es posible seguir avanzando en la mejora de la ciudad.
Daniel González , director general de Obras Públicas, informó que la calle fue repavimentada con asfalto de la calle Malvavisco a Semilla Sur, interviniendo 1,497.98 metros cuadrados de superficie, con una inversión de $645,643.73.
El director de Servicios Públicos, Arturo Rivera, informó que como trabajos adicionales se hizo el mantenimiento de 5 luminarias en la calle, además de atender el alumbrado de otras cercanas, así como limpieza para el retiro de basura y tierra de arrastre.
