El alcalde Marco Bonilla hizo entrega a la gerente de Recursos Humanos de JABIL Circuit de Chihuahua, Cristina Flores, el Distintivo por Buenas Prácticas de Inclusión Laboral, que entrega el Gobierno Municipal a las empresas que dentro de su plantilla cuenta con personal con algún tipo de discapacidad.
En su mensaje, el Edil Capitalino, felicitó a la empresa JABIL, por su compromiso con la inclusión, porque de sus 9 mil empleados aproximadamente, cerca de 500 son personas con algún tipo de discapacidad y de manera constante realizan reclutamiento personalizado para ofrecer un puesto de trabajo dependiendo de las habilidades de cada candidato.
“Quiero manifestar mi reconocimiento al gran esfuerzo y al gran trabajo que ustedes han hecho por años, Chihuahua les agradece y entrega este distintivo que entrega al sector productivo, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y ciudadanos, que trabajan para convertir a Chihuahua Capital en una ciudad donde todas y todos tengamos el derecho de desarrollo pleno”, expresó Marco Bonilla.
Por su parte la gerente de Recursos Humanos, Cristina Flores, agradeció al Gobierno Municipal, la entrega de este distintivo de buenas prácticas ya que además de ser motivo de orgullo, es un reflejo del compromiso por la inclusión laboral.
“En JABIL creemos que la inclusión es el camino para crear oportunidades para contribuir al crecimiento de las personas y este reconocimiento es un testimonio que estamos en el camino correcto”, remarcó la Gerente de RH.
Finalmente, la regidora Patricia Ulate, quien impulsó desde el Ayuntamiento la creación de este distintivo, expresó que el Gobierno Municipal está comprometido por reconocer el esfuerzo y compromiso de las empresas que han decidido hacer de la inclusión una realidad tangible en sus espacios laborales.
Asimismo, señaló que la creación del reconocimiento fue gracias al impulso que varias regidoras hicieron desde la pasada administración, convencidas de que la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad, no es solo una cuestión de justicia social, sino también un valor que agradece y que deben de tener la ciudadanía, sobre todo las empresas para mejorar su productividad y fortalecer los valores humanos dentro de las organizaciones.
