El Gobierno Municipal gestionó la entrega de 230 toneladas de cemento a habitantes de diversas comunidades de la zona rural, a través de la Comisión Estatal de Vivienda (COESVI) y la organización Lucha Digna Agropecuaria (LUDAAC).
Las toneladas de cemento se distribuyeron de la siguiente forma: El Charco, 43 toneladas; Ciénega de Ortiz, 41 toneladas; Guadalupe, 33 toneladas; El Sauz, 58 toneladas; Ejido Ocampo, 35 toneladas y Sacramento, 20 toneladas.
Los paquetes de cemento incluían 22 sacos de cemento de 50 kilogramos cada uno, el cual es subsidiado, por lo que los beneficiarios tuvieron que pagar la cantidad de 3 mil 400 pesos.
Este programa tiene como objetivo mejorar las condiciones de vida de las familias chihuahuenses que habitan en la zona rural, brindándoles los materiales necesarios para la construcción y mejora de sus viviendas o inmuebles.
El director de Desarrollo Rural, Armando Gutiérrez, añadió que constantemente se buscan programas y alianzas con instituciones para llegar a más personas, y de esta manera dignificar la vida de las personas de los distintos seccionales.
Con estas acciones el Gobierno Municipal de Chihuahua, encabezado por el alcalde Marco Bonilla, continúa con su compromiso de trabajar de la mano de las comunidades de la zona rural de Chihuahua Capital para generar proyectos de desarrollo que impulsen la equidad social y mejoren las condiciones de vida de los habitantes.
