El diputado José Luis Villalobos García, del Grupo Parlamentario del PRI en el Congreso del Estado, expresó su contundente rechazo a la “Supremacía Constitucional” que impide la inimpugnabilidad de reformas a la Constitución.
El legislador recordó las palabras de José María Morelos y Pavón –“Que todo el que se queje con justicia, tenga un tribunal que lo escuche, lo ampare y lo defienda contra el fuerte y el arbitrario”– para señalar que, de aprobarse la propuesta, los ciudadanos podrían perder el derecho a cuestionar cambios constitucionales.
“Esta reforma es un suicidio para la propia Constitución”, aseguró Villalobos. “¿Qué va a impedir que se eliminen o restrinjan derechos humanos?”, cuestionó, argumentando que las reformas propuestas darían un poder absoluto a las mayorías políticas, afectando la división de poderes y el federalismo en el país.
El diputado subrayó que la reforma afectaría a los sectores más vulnerables de la sociedad, desde las familias de niños con cáncer que no podrían ampararse para recibir sus tratamientos hasta las comunidades ejidales y las madres buscadoras. Además, criticó que la prisión preventiva oficiosa –ya señalada como inconvencional– permanecería sin posibilidad de impugnación, afectando a más de 100 mil personas actualmente en prisión bajo esta medida.
Villalobos también señaló que esta propuesta forma parte de “la venganza política instrumentada por Morena en contra del Poder Judicial”, lo cual, dijo, configura el inicio de un régimen de control absoluto sobre el sistema jurídico nacional.
“México es una gran nación, y por eso, en el PRI es nuestro deber defenderlo”, concluyó Villalobos, en un llamado al pueblo de Chihuahua y a nivel nacional a reflexionar sobre las implicaciones de esta medida.
