En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de la Eliminación de la Violencia contra las Mujeres, la diputada Rosana Díaz (Morena) manifestó su rechazo contra las prácticas machistas en contra de las mujeres.
“Afortunadamente hoy para las niñas y las mujeres mexicanas es un 25 de noviembre diferente, hoy contamos con la primera mujer Presidenta de nuestro país, y eso es motivo de aliento y esperanza”, expresó.
Observó que la lucha en contra de la violencia de género, es responsabilidad de todas las personas, ya que esta no solo afecta a quienes son víctimas del maltrato, sino a todas las infancias de los hogares en los que ocurre.
Refirió que las estadísticas oficiales, al respecto, indican que 7 de cada 10 mujeres de 15 años de edad o más, en México, aseguró sufrir al menos, un incidente violento en su vida, bien de carácter psicológico, económico, patrimonial, físico, sexual, o discriminación.
“Con Claudia Sheinbaum llegamos todas, ya que además es una mujer feminista y aliada de las causas de todas las mujeres. En México, las mujeres ya estamos en la Constitución, sin duda hemos avanzado, ahora tenemos que continuar con el proceso de deconstrucción de la sociedad”, comentó.
Abogó por dejar de normalizar la violencia en cualquiera de sus expresiones, debemos insistir en la prevención y sensibilización desde la casa, en las escuelas, en las empresas, y los gobiernos, al continuar la promoción de esta conciencia de no generarla, además de implementar protocolos de atención y denuncia.
“Hoy, quiero decirles a las mujeres juarenses, a las chihuahuenses que cuentan conmigo, desde el Congreso seguiré trabajando a favor de la causa, de nuestra causa, sepan que con Claudia Sheinbaum se lograrán grandes cosas a favor de todas de las mujeres, y una de ellas será la disminución de la violencia que ya ha arrebatado la vida a tantas mujeres”, concluyó.
