El Gobierno Municipal a través de la Coordinación de Participación Ciudadana, sumaron esfuerzos con representantes del Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE), para capacitar a jóvenes chihuahuenses en el tema de “Mecanismos de participación ciudadana”.
Paulina Valles integrante de la Coordinación de Participación Ciudadana del IEE, fue la encargada de dirigir la ponencia a los estudiantes, a quienes explicó los diferentes instrumentos disponibles mediante los cuales su voz es escuchada, ya sea para cuestionar, plantear sus propuestas y de esta manera generar puentes de comunicación entre gobiernos y ciudadanos.
La prioridad para la administración municipal es incentivar la participación de jóvenes relacionados con su ciudad, a que se organicen expongan soluciones de mejora, identifiquen áreas de oportunidad que impactarán en su beneficio.
Cabe mencionar que dichas acciones forman parte del BootCamp de “Valores Cívicos y Participación”, liderado por titulares del área de vinculación social de la coordinación, el cual se integra por más de 140 alumnos inscritos de distintas instituciones educativas de nivel superior de la capital, realizado los jueves y se espera culminar en mayo con la certificación de los cursantes.
