El Gobierno Municipal, a través de la Dirección General de Protección Civil, llevará a cabo el Primer Simulacro Municipal 2025, con el objetivo de fortalecer la cultura de prevención y respuesta ante emergencias.
El ejercicio se realizará el viernes 28 de marzo a las 11:00 horas y simulará un sismo de magnitud 8 en la escala de Richter, con epicentro a 230 kilómetros al este del territorio municipal.
El titular de Protección Civil, Sergio Rodríguez, informó que este simulacro contará con la participación de todas las áreas de las direcciones municipales e hizo un llamado a la ciudadanía a sumarse desde sus hogares, escuelas, comercios, mercados, empresas, negocios y maquiladoras.
Informó que hasta el momento se han registrado 398 participaciones para el simulacro, entre ellas se incluyen 183 casas habitación, 85 escuelas, 32 empresas maquiladoras, 20 oficinas privadas, 18 plazas comerciales, 11 centros comerciales, 11 edificios de gobierno, 3 hoteles, 3 hospitales, 3 edificios de gas natural y 2 guarderías.
Además, reiteró, todas las dependencias del Gobierno Municipal estarán participando en este ejercicio de prevención.
Durante el simulacro se activarán protocolos de evacuación y la población deberá dirigirse a puntos seguros previamente identificados.
