La Fiscalía General de la República acusó formalmente al ex gobernador de Chihuahua, César Duarte Jáquez, de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita, tras asegurar que intentó ocultar el origen de más 76 millones de pesos, de los 96 millones que presuntamente desvió del erario público en el periodo del 2010 al 2016, cuando fue titular del Ejecutivo estatal de aquella entidad fronteriza.
