La Ley Electoral que nosotros impusimos como Congreso del Estado nos obliga a un sí o sí, respecto al envío del listado para ocupar los cargos de personas juzgadoras, en el proceso electoral extraordinario 2024-2025, advirtió el coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Morena, Cuauhtémoc Estrada Sotelo.
Lo anterior, luego de que no hubiera un acuerdo tácito o claro, entre las bancadas del PAN, MC, PRI, PT, y PVEM, y Morena, más que nada en los nombres inscritos para contender por un Juzgado de Distrito: “vamos a ver si hay consenso o si quieren romper la ley”, dijo.
Ello, debido a que en están en el filo de la conclusión del plazo para entregar los listados al Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE), pero que se ha prolongado como una rebelión a lo que la bancada morenista a querido imponer, desde el Congreso de la Unión.
Se ha comentado, desde parte de los representantes de los partidos opositores al régimen federal, aunque aquí son mayoría simple, que las y los aspirantes fueron colocados con lupa, por Morena, y ante la declinación de quienes ya están en el Poder Judicial, y la apatía por contender a una reforma por dedazo, dejaron el camino libre.
Por ello, en el Periodo Extraordinario que se convocó para las 19:00, se votará la lista tal como está, si no hay mayoría calificada en una primera ronda, se irán a una segunda, y si no se tiene que hacer una nueva insaculación, indicó el diputado.
“Estamos obligados a aprobar y a mandar los listados del Comité, y el único margen que tenemos es si es en primera ronda, si es en segunda ronda, o si es por una nueva insaculación, pero en ningún momento la Constitución tiene una normativa de que nosotros las rechacemos”, advirtió.
Agregó que la ley solo les da el margen de definir la forma en que debemos de hacer la nueva insaculación, porque “ya hubo un Comité conformado, hubo evaluación, hay insaculados, está terminado ese proceso, no le pongamos obstáculos y piedritas, no lo manchemos”.
