Con la base de que cuidar a la niñez juarense es una prioridad para el Gobierno Municipal, hoy el Alcalde Cruz Pérez Cuéllar y Rubí Enríquez, Presidenta del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia del Municipio de Juárez (DIF), inauguraron el Centro de Atención Infantil Senderos del Sol.
Este espacio, donado y equipado por el Infonavit y la empresa Irkon como parte del proyecto de Regeneración Comunitaria, contó con una inversión de más de 16 millones de pesos y ofrecerá cuidados, desarrollo y bienestar a 100 niñas y niños, desde los 43 días de nacidos hasta los 5 años 11 meses de edad.
“Me siento muy contenta y agradecida con nuestro Presidente Cruz Pérez Cuéllar y con Infonavit por este convenio que hoy hace realidad este sueño”, expresó la Presidenta del DIF.
Explicó que antes de la construcción del CAI se tuvieron reuniones con vecinos, quienes señalaron que contar con un espacio de cuidado infantil era una de las principales necesidades de la comunidad.
Por su parte, el Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, destacó: “Sus hijos estarán en buenas manos. Qué bueno que hoy tenemos un espacio más para que madres y padres trabajadores puedan sentirse tranquilos mientras sus hijas e hijos están en buen resguardo”.
La señora Yamilet Castillo, madre de familia, agradeció la apertura del nuevo centro: “Gracias a la Presidenta del DIF y al Presidente por este edificio tan bonito para nuestras niñas y niños. Lo van a disfrutar mucho, y a los padres nos dará la tranquilidad de poder salir a trabajar”.
El CAI funcionará de lunes a viernes de 5:00 de la mañana a las 5:00 de la tarde brindando a la niñez espacios de cuidado, aulas lúdicas y alimentación sana y balanceada.
En el evento también estuvo Alan torres, representante de Irkon; Ana Estrada, Síndica Municipal; Lizbeth de la Rosa, directora de Bienestar infantil y Claudia Morales, directora de Desarrollo urbano.
