De las 18,447 personas inscritas para obtener un cargo en los tribunales y la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, solo 100 son de Chihuahua los puestos de jueces y magistrados federales, tanto de Circuito como de Apelación.
“Aunque parecía que iba a haber mucha demanda, por los pocos elementos que se requerían para que uno se escribiera, o para que pudiera aspirar a uno de estos cargos, evidentemente el resultado, pues es el que estamos viendo: una baja participación”, comentó.
Sin embargo, recalcó que de acuerdo a los términos en los que se reformó la operatividad del PJF, lo más importante es cómo funcionan las comisiones encargadas de seleccionar a las personas que se interesaron por inscribirse, para que pasen el filtro y lleguen a concursar en la tómbola.
“Me parece que es realmente el corazón de este tema. Podrían haberse inscrito el doble, el triple, el cuádruple de personas, pero realmente son estas comisiones quienes van a seleccionar a los que van a llegar a la etapa final, y eso es a lo que hay que ponerle la atención”, advirtió.
