El Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, encabezó esta tarde la inauguración de la segunda etapa del complejo Alameda Iglesias y la colocación de la primera piedra de la Torre Médica Iglesias, proyectos impulsados por Loma Desarrollos con una inversión global superior a los 3 mil millones de pesos.
Durante su mensaje, el alcalde destacó que lo que hoy se observa en Alameda Iglesias “es la mejor señal de hacia dónde va Ciudad Juárez: una ciudad que atrae inversión, genera espacios de calidad y comienza a cerrar brechas históricas en infraestructura y servicios”. Subrayó que desarrollos de este tipo son fundamentales porque generan actividad económica, empleo formal y un entorno urbano más ordenado y digno para la comunidad.
Pérez Cuéllar reconoció la visión empresarial de Dieter y Víctor Lorenzen, quienes han apostado por Ciudad Juárez con proyectos de largo plazo y un concepto moderno de usos mixtos que abona al crecimiento responsable del oriente de la ciudad. “A Loma Desarrollos, a sus socios y a todos los negocios que forman parte de Alameda Iglesias, gracias por confiar en Juárez. Este espacio es de las familias juarenses; vívanlo y háganlo suyo,” expresó.
Agregó que la llegada de inversiones de esta magnitud reafirma la confianza en la frontera y el compromiso del Gobierno Municipal por seguir generando condiciones para que más proyectos de clase mundial continúen eligiendo a Juárez.
Previo al mensaje del alcalde, Daniel Lorenzen, encargado de fondeo y comunicación de Loma Desarrollos, destacó que Alameda Iglesias fase 2 forma parte de un plan maestro de usos mixtos que transformará esta zona en un nuevo polo de vida, comercio y servicios. Señaló que las inversiones realizadas por la empresa han generado más de 12 mil empleos directos e indirectos en Ciudad Juárez.
También intervino Dieter Lorenzen, fundador de Loma Desarrollos, quien subrayó el valor del trabajo en equipo y la visión que ha guiado a la empresa durante más de 30 años bajo el principio de “crear para trascender”.
El evento concluyó con una bendición impartida por el Pbro. Salvador Magallanes, marcando simbólicamente el inicio de una nueva etapa para este desarrollo que continuará creciendo en beneficio de la ciudad.
