La Diputada América Aguilar calificó como lamentable el actuar de la Presidenta del Congreso del Estado Elizabeth Guzmán, luego de que se diera a conocer que ayer se negó a firmar la lista de jueces que aprobó el congreso para entregarse al Instituto Estatal Electoral.
“Lamento mucho las acciones que la presidenta del Congreso del Estado ha realizado, es una falta de institucionalidad grave y un abuso de poder que daña la elección que tanto hemos peleado desde lo nacional” declaró la diputada cuando se le cuestionó sobre el tema, pero que además abusando de su cargo como presidenta presentó ante el IEE un listado de magistraturas que no fue aprobado por el legislativo.
“No debe olvidar que su investidura es de representación del Poder Legislativo del Estado y no de una diputada más de MORENA” dijo Aguilar Gil ante lo que consideró una acción contra el poder legislativo y contra los derechos de los aspirantes a jueces.
Asimismo, la legisladora dio a conocer que la preparación para las elecciones de personas juzgadoras sigue de acuerdo con lo que marca la constitución y la ley, ya que el listado se remitió en tiempo y forma al Instituto Estatal Electoral.
Cabe recalcar que la fecha límite para la aprobación y entrega de las listas de candidatos a jueces y magistrados era el día viernes 28 de Febrero 2025.
