El Instituto Chihuahuense de Educación para los Adultos (Ichea), informó que un total de 20 mil 010 personas que se encontraban en rezago educativo, concluyeron algún nivel de Educación Básica en el periodo del primero de enero, al 30 de noviembre de 2024.
De dicho total, 637 personas aprendieron a leer y escribir, tanto en su lengua madre como en español en el caso de aquellas pertenecientes a pueblos originarios; otras 5 mil 553 concluyeron su primaria y 13 mil 820 la secundaria.
En 11 meses se han inscrito o registrado 26 mil 636 educandos hispanoparlantes en la entidad, en las 16 coordinaciones de zona del Ichea ubicadas en el estado de Chihuahua.
Hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2024 se emitieron 4 mil 828 certificados de primaria y 12 mil 320 de secundaria en la entidad, para un total de 17 mil 138 documentos en 9 meses.
El Ichea ofrece servicios de asesoría, materiales, exámenes y entrega de certificados oficiales de manera gratuita, con el fin de que las personas mayores de 15 años retomen su Educación Básica, y culminen sus estudios de primaria y secundaria.
