Se propone una reforma algunos artículos de la Ley de Protección Civil del Estado de Chihuahua con la finalidad de mejorar lo Atlas de Riesgo ya que derivado a las fuertes lluvias que han ocurrido en el municipio de Juárez, se han visto involucradas varias tragedias por las condiciones del clima.
La propuesta de reforma viene a abonar a la prevención de accidentes por el clima en todo el Estado, buscar soluciones que ayuden a esto y que se actualice, mínimo cada cinco años, señaló la Legisladora petista.
La iniciativa pretende reformar el artículo 28 fracción I y el artículo 35 fracción IV de la ley de Protección Civil del Estado de Chihuahua con la finalidad de establecer la frecuencia con que deberán ser actualizados los atlas de riesgo de los municipios del Estado, así como los lineamientos que se deberán seguir para su elaboración.
“Es evidente la necesidad de actualizar la legislación actual, así como el Atlas de Riesgo para las comunidades del Estado, debido a que es el documento de apoyo y estudio que permitirá una mejor toma de decisiones cuando se presenten las contingencias, así como la prevención y solución de las mismas.” Añadiò.
Es necesario que se elabore por ley una temporalidad mas frecuente, es por esto que pretendemos modificar la Ley para promover que el Atlas sea actrualizado cada 5 años como mínimo.
-Elaborar el Atlas municipal de riesgos, procurando su actualización y difusión de manera periódica por lo menos cada cinco años, observando lo establecido en la guía de contenido mínimo para la elaboración del Atlas Nacional de Riesgos.
