El Instituto Chihuahuense para la Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública (Ichitaip) recibió el reconocimiento por parte del Sistema Nacional de Transparencia (SNT) al haber obtenido el primer lugar en la categoría Mayor Avance del Programa Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (PROTAI)2022-2026.
También obtuvo el primer lugar en la categoría Mayor Número de Actividades Cumplidas del Programa Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (PROTAI) 2022-2026, así como el tercer lugar en la categoría Mayor Avance del Programa Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (PRONADATOS) 2022-2026 de la Región Norte.
El reconocimiento se hizo en modalidad virtual en la que participaron funcionarios y personal de los organismos garantes que conforman la Región Norte del SNT, que conforman los estados de Baja California, Baja California Sur, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo León, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tamaulipas y Chihuahua.
Alma Cristina López de la Torre, Directora General Técnica de Seguimiento y Normatividad del SNT, del INAI, felicitó por los logros alcanzados al Comisionado Presidente del ICHITAIP, Sergio Rafael Facio Guzmán, así como a las Comisionadas de éste organismo garante, Karla Gabriela Fuentes Moreno y María Selene Prieto Domínguez.
Durante los últimos dos años -2023 y 2024- el ICHITAIP se mantuvo en los dos primeros lugares en el porcentaje de cumplimiento del PROTAI, con un 98 por ciento en el 2023 y un 92 por ciento en el 2024, mientras que en el PRONADATOS registró un 100 por ciento en el 2023 y un 92 por ciento en el 2024, cifras con los que se hizo acreedor a los reconocimientos emitidos por la Coordinación de la Región Norte.
El PROAI establece objetivos, estrategias, líneas de acción, actividades, metas e indicadores, para medir los avances en las tareas de los organismos garantes, encaminadas al cumplimiento normativo, difusión, capacitación, profesionalización y los procedimientos institucionales de la garantía del derecho de acceso a la información, la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas.
El PRONADATOS es el programa que, con la generación de políticas públicas en materia de promoción, respeto, protección y garantías del derecho a la protección de datos personales, busca la salvaguarda la vida privada de sus titulares en los sistemas o registros en posesión de sujetos obligados y de particulares.
También participaron en el evento transmitido en modalidad virtual, la Comisionada del INAI, Norma Julieta del Río Venegas y Sergio Octavio Contreras Padilla, Secretario Ejecutivo del SNT.
