El juzgado primero de distrito en el estado de Tabasco negó la suspensión definitiva al hijo de Hernán Bermúdez Requena, ex secretario de Seguridad de Tabasco y señalado como líder de “La Barradora”, para que desbloqueara sus cuentas bancarias.
David Hernán Bermúdez Encalada interpuso un juicio de amparo el 24 de septiembre de este año para retomar sus bienes, después de que fueran restringidos el 24 de julio de 2025.
Sin embargo, en una audiencia celebrada el jueves, el juzgado negó que fueran desbloqueados los activos, según dice el expediente 1508/2025.
En el listado de acuerdos se lee: “Decisión Único. Se niega la suspensión definitiva”.
Por su parte, Fabiola Bermúdez Encalada presentó un recurso ante el juzgado primero de distrito en el estado de Tabasco para solicitar que se reactiven sus cuentas bancarias.
En el expediente 1809/2025 se lee que la hija del ex secretario de Seguridad presentó el amparo el 12 de noviembre de este año y que el recurso fue admitido un día después; la audiencia se programó para el 12 de diciembre.
Sin embargo, en los archivos judiciales se especifica que el amparo de Fabiola está relacionado con el asunto de su hermano, David Hernán.
La Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP) bloqueó las cuentas bancarias de Hernán Bermúdez Requena, así como sancionó a empresas vinculadas, socios y familiares, como parte de una investigación financiera que se está llevando a cabo en su contra.
Las medidas se aplicaron “con base en las atribuciones y como parte de las acciones permanentes para combatir las operaciones en recursos de procedencia ilícita, el lavado de dinero, la corrupción y otros delitos financieros”.
