La mandataria María Eugenia Campos Galván, aseguró que el exgobernador, César Duarte, actualmente vinculado a proceso penal, debe atender todas las disposiciones legales, independientemente de la institución que las emita.
Campos Galván manifestó su disposición a acatar la recomendación emitida por la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH), dirigida a la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado (SSPE) y a la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), por presuntos actos de hostigamiento en contra del exgobernador César Duarte Jáquez.
La Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos decidió recientemente integrar a César Duarte al Registro Estatal de Víctimas, tras confirmar, según su investigación, una serie de acciones de hostigamiento en su contra por parte de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) y la SSPE, reveló el titular del organismo, Alejandro Carrasco Talavera.
La recomendación se originó a partir de una queja presentada por el propio Duarte en 2024, en la que denunció supuestas irregularidades por parte de las autoridades encargadas de su proceso legal, al señalar que actuaban con una doble función en su contra.
