Durante la discusión, el PAN, MC, PRI, PT, y PVEM, apoyaron la propuesta de separar los listados en el análisis para llegar a un acuerdo, y Morena votó en contra.
Los argumentos son los mismos, irónicamente, en ambos lados: se acusan de tener intenciones de colocar estratégicamente a juzgadores que son afines a determinados colores partidistas.
Para ello, en la sesión de la Diputación Permanente se citará a un Periodo Extraordinario, que se ha sugerido sería a las 16:00 horas, toda vez que el plazo de validación para el listado vence a las 23:59.
Empero, hasta el momento solo se ha llegado al acuerdo de votar las propuestas del listado de las personas aspirantes a un Juzgado de Distrito, ya que en la de magistrados no hubo consenso.
