La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, informó a las y los connacionales que visitan el país durante las fiestas decembrinas que, como parte del operativo Bienvenidas Heroínas y Héroes Paisanos Invierno 2024, pueden solicitar orientación y apoyo al Gobierno de México.
Esto, a través de llamar a los números *911, 800-2018-542, 800 004 6264, desde México, al 1877-210-9469, y (011-52) 800-044-6264, desde Estados Unidos, así como escribir en redes sociales a @heroespaisanos, y por correo electrónico a heroespaisanos@inami.gob.mx.
“Aquí están los teléfonos a los que pueden llamar y las redes sociales en donde pueden comunicarse. Para denuncia o también para apoyo, para lo que se requiera”, expuso la mandataria nacional.
Rosa Icela Rodríguez Velázquez, secretaria de Gobernación, compartió a su vez, que el referido operativo busca garantizar que el ingreso, estancia y salida, de las y los connacionales de México se dé en las mejores condiciones, con pleno respeto a sus derechos humanos.
“El objetivo de este programa es establecer políticas públicas, y estrategia y acciones preventivas de asistencia y de orientación para asegurar que el ingreso, tránsito y salida de nuestros connacionales se lleve a cabo con absoluta garantía de sus derechos, la seguridad de sus bienes, personas y el pleno conocimiento de sus obligaciones”, aseveró.
Explicó que, para la implementación de este operativo, que inició el 28 de noviembre y concluirá el 12 de enero de 2025, se instalaron 253 módulos de atención y la participación de 522 observadores que contribuyen a que las actividades se desarrollen adecuadamente.
Indicó que se desarrolla en los 31 estados, y en la Ciudad de México, a través del Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM) y cuenta con la colaboración de 40 dependencias del Gobierno de México, entre ellas las Secretarías de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE); del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS); de Educación Pública (SEP); de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat); de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP); de Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno; de la Defensa Nacional (Defensa); de Marina (Marina), la Guardia Nacional (GN), entre otras.
Detalló que, hasta el 22 de diciembre, se han brindado 670 mil 373 atenciones: 669 mil 409 en módulos; 27 por correo electrónico, 910 vía telefónica y 27 en redes sociales; además de que se han apoyado a cuatro grandes caravanas vehiculares de paisanas y paisanos, con 5 mil 50 vehículos que han ingresado por distintos puntos de la frontera norte, especialmente en Matamoros, Reynosa y Nuevo Laredo, en Tamaulipas; y Piedras Negras, en Coahuila.
Se han distribuido 800 mil Guías Paisano en inglés y en español con información sobre: trámites consulares, documentación para ingresar a México; obtención del permiso de importación temporal de vehículo y su cancelación; equipaje personal; declaración de mercancía y pago de impuestos; ampliación de la franquicia fiscal; tramitación del Certificado Zoosanitario de importación de mascotas; pase Turístico Paisano para la CDMX; envío de dinero a México y denuncias por abusos de servidores públicos.
“Es muy importante decir que, en lo que va de estos días del operativo, se han recibido 41 quejas por robo y abuso de autoridad, a las cuales se ha solicitado su seguimiento para que no haya impunidad y se sancione a los responsables, sobre todo, cuando éstas involucran a servidores públicos”, refirió.
Finalmente, señaló que el Gobierno de la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo reconoce en las y los mexicanos que viven en el extranjero como madres, padres, hermanas y hermanos que migraron por un mejor futuro y que contribuyen al bienestar de México y de los países en donde residen.
