El juez de control penal en Pachuca, Hidalgo, Jesús Anim Ope Islas, vinculó a proceso a Arturo Williams “T”, su esposa Bertha Eva “M”, así como a la diputada de Morena en Hidalgo, Alhely “M”, por los cargos de abuso sexual y violación equiparada en contra de dos de sus sobrinas menores de edad, un hecho ocurrido en 2022 en Zimapán, Hidalgo.
El juez dictó prisión preventiva justificada para Arturo Williams y su esposa, mientras que para la diputada morenista la firma periódica mensual ante el juzgado, además de la prohibición para salir del país, informó en un comunicado la Procuraduría General de Justicia de Hidalgo.
Las tres personas mencionadas cuentan con un amparo federal que los protege de ser detenidos por el momento; la prisión preventiva justificada no podrá surtir efecto en su contra hasta que un colegiado resuelva el amparo de fondo.
