La Comisión Auxiliar Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene celebró su Primera Sesión Ordinaria, la cual incluyó un recorrido de verificación por las instalaciones de la Sindicatura Municipal, con el propósito de constatar las condiciones de seguridad y salud del personal.
Durante la actividad se inspeccionaron áreas de trabajo, rutas de evacuación, señalización y medidas preventivas, como parte de las acciones orientadas a fortalecer un entorno laboral seguro y adecuado para las y los trabajadores.
Al respecto, la Síndica Municipal, Olivia Franco, subrayó la relevancia de estas acciones para garantizar espacios laborales dignos y funcionales, al reiterar que el principal valor de la actual Administración es su capital humano.
“Como siempre lo he señalado, lo más importante de esta Administración es su gente. Por ello, debemos procurar espacios dignos, seguros y adecuados que permitan a las y los servidores públicos desempeñar su labor en condiciones óptimas”, expresó.
Asimismo, Franco destacó que la instalación y el funcionamiento de la Comisión Auxiliar Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene refrendan el compromiso institucional con la prevención de riesgos laborales y el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente.
“La seguridad y la salud del personal son una prioridad. Este tipo de recorridos nos permite identificar áreas de oportunidad y actuar de manera preventiva para proteger a quienes diariamente desempeñan su labor en la Sindicatura”, agregó.
Finalmente, la Síndica informó que los resultados del recorrido de verificación serán analizados para implementar las medidas correctivas correspondientes y dar seguimiento puntual a las recomendaciones emitidas por la Comisión, como parte de un proceso de mejora continua.
