“El mercado no se regula por sí mismo, y está claro que en Chihuahua la situación se ha desbordado. Los fraccionadores están construyendo sobre cerros que forman parte de reservas ecológicas, y la verdadera pregunta es si realmente necesitamos más vivienda. Es fundamental repensar la forma en que nos desarrollamos”, expresó la diputada Rentería, quien rechazó rotundamente la venta de terrenos a un fraccionador al norte de la ciudad.
Como primer acto de su posicionamiento, votó en contra del dictamen que proponía la venta de reservas territoriales ubicadas en la Avenida Club de Leones y en la zona de Romanza, en Chihuahua Capital, al considerar que los avalúos realizados estaban fuera de tiempo y no cumplían con los procedimientos adecuados.
“Nos oponemos a políticas que permiten la venta de terrenos a precios que desprecian más del 50% de su valor real. Si la excusa es la competitividad, debemos cuestionarnos si esa competencia se basa en quién facilita más fácilmente la entrega del patrimonio estatal. Morena no puede avalar una política de entrega sin conciencia, que pone en riesgo el bienestar de todos los chihuahuenses”, recalcó la diputada.
Rentería también votó en contra de la enajenación de un predio en el municipio de Delicias, donde se planea instalar una fábrica en la zona del distrito de riego número 5. Esta decisión, argumentó, contraviene la declaración de sequía solicitada por la propia gobernadora del estado, y pone en peligro la sostenibilidad de los recursos hídricos en una de las regiones más afectadas por la crisis del agua.
Así la diputada Magdalena Rentería reafirma su compromiso con la protección de los recursos naturales y con el desarrollo ordenado y sustentable de Chihuahua, poniendo por encima el bienestar de la ciudadanía y el futuro de las generaciones venideras.
