Con una polémica votación que incluyó consignas gritadas en contra, por parte del público asistente a la sesión del Congreso del Estado, fue rechazada la candidatura de Georgina Alejandra Bujanda Ríos, como propuesta para la Presidencia de la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH).
Mediante votación en cédula, las diputadas y los diputados votaron la terna presentada por la Junta de Coordinación Política (Jucopo) en la que Bujanda Ríos, Gildardo Iván Felix Durán, y Yuliana Ilem Rodríguez González, eran los lugares 1, 2, y 3.
En primera ronda, ninguna de las candidaturas propuestas alcanzaron los 22 votos considerados como la medida necesaria para validar la elección del Pleno, ya que la más cercana fue la ex diputada panista y extitular de la Secretaría de la Función Pública, Bujanda Ríos, por lo que se volvió a votar.
Todos ello, en medio de gritos lanzados por las personas asistentes, en las que calificaron de “facistas, vendidos y mentirosos” a las y los legisladores que apoyaron a Bujanda Ríos, lo que hizo necesario pedirles que desalojaran la sesión.
Georgina Alejandra Bujanda Ríos con 21, Yuliana Ilem Rodríguez González 0, Gildardo Iván Felix Durán 0, y 12 votos nulos, en la primera ronda, y en la segunda ocurrió lo mismo.
Previo a la votación, el coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, Cuauhtémoc Estrada Sotelo, expuso en entrevista y en voto razonado, su oposición a que Bujanda Ríos encabezara la lista, debido a que no contaba con el perfil necesario para la CEDH.
“Es una mujer muy capaz, pero hay otros perfiles, hasta en lo académico, mejor preparados para el cargo. No necesitaba que le inflaran la calificación”, dijo.
Por el contrario, el GP de Morena hizo un amplio esquema de evaluación, que incluyó foros de opinión de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil (osc), en la que propusieron a Yair Hernández, Flor Corral y Lilia Durán, como las personas mejor calificadas, pero no pasó la votación en Jucopo.
Al respecto, el diputado Estrada Sotelo consideró que el proceso de selección está rebasado, es obsoleto y no responde a una necesidad real, pues “fluctúa entre la simulación y la imposición que apunta a todos los partidos políticos que no son Morena, y que se escondieron hasta para dar a conocer su votación”.
Para reformarlo, propuso que se cambien los términos de selección de los perfiles, al establecer una mayor vinculación con la sociedad civil, y que no sean las diputadas y los diputados, quienes voten, sino que participen como mera entidad rectora, además de que junto con la Presidencia de la CEDH se elijan las 7 visitadurías que integra.
En la segunda ronda de votaciones, tampoco se alcanzó la mayoría calificada, por lo que el Acuerdo se regresó a la Jucopo, para que integre una nueva terna, que se someterá a votación del Pleno.
