Los grupos parlamentarios del PAN, PRI, MC, y PT, rechazaron de manera tajante, la reforma sobre la inimpugnabilidad de las reformas constitucionales promovida por Morena, desde el Senado de la República, a través de su Coordinador.
Advirtieron que esta medida afectaría gravemente los derechos humanos, y eliminaría los mecanismos de control que garantizan la revisión y corrección de posibles abusos de poder.
“Tenemos que revisar lo que presentó el senador, el ‘Napoleón del Senado’, Adán Augusto López Hernández, que es un retroceso a la Constitución de los principios fundamentales del Derecho. Es básicamente decirle a la gente que ya no tiene un medio de control constitucional, que ya no vamos a poder defendernos de un atropello de cualquier autoridad”, expresó el coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, Alfredo Chávez Madrid.
Chávez Madrid destacó la importancia de que las reformas constitucionales sigan estando sujetas a revisión por medio de acciones de inconstitucionalidad y juicios de amparo.
“La eliminación de estos mecanismos sería un retroceso grave para el estado de derecho y para la protección de los derechos fundamentales en nuestro país. No podemos permitir que se limite el acceso de los ciudadanos a la justicia,” afirmó.
El líder de la bancada panista, anunció que de ser necesario a la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, así como a instancias internacionales que defienden los derechos humanos.
A su vez, el coordinador del GPMC, Francisco Sánchez Villegas, criticó que la reforma impulsada por Morena, es “un intento por consolidar un régimen autoritario, eliminando cualquier posibilidad de que los ciudadanos puedan cuestionar las decisiones del gobierno. No lo vamos a permitir, vamos a defender los derechos de todos los mexicanos”.
De igual manera, exhortó a las diputadas y a los diputados a resistir “cualquier intento de imposición”.
Por el GPPRI, Arturo Medina, reafirmó el compromiso de su partido para defender a Chihuahua de lo que calificó como un acto autoritario.
“Hacen el circo al que ya nos tienen acostumbrados, pero en el PRI vamos a defender a Chihuahua con todo. No vamos a permitir que esta reforma avance,” aseguró Medina, destacando la unidad de las fuerzas parlamentarias en torno a esta causa.
América Aguilar Gil, como coordinadora del GPPT confirmó su rechazo a la reforma presentada por el coordinador morenista en el Senado, al analizar que verdaderamente afecta los derechos humanos y “es un ataque directo a la Constitución”.
“No se puede atropellar la Constitución y menos aún los derechos humanos que protege,” opinó, a la par de que subrayó la necesidad de frenar la iniciativa.
Esta conferencia de prensa conjunta, se ofreció luego de que la bancada de Morena tomó la tribuna del Congreso del Estado, y evitaron que se discutiera el exhorto que se proponía para señalar el rechazo a la propuesta legislativa en cuestión.
