A nombre del Cabildo de Juárez, el presidente municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar entregó el Reconocimiento al Mérito al Servidor Público para Empleados del Municipio a tres trabajadores que se han destacado por ser ejemplo de empatía y entrega en sus labores.
Esta mañana, en Sesión Extraordinaria, se destacó la labor de estos empleados, luego de la selección que hicieron los regidores de la Comisión Edilicia de Trabajo y Previsión Social, de lo cual el alcalde dijo que con esta premiación se demuestra que en la administración municipal se tienen empleados dedicados a su comunidad.
“Esto demuestra que hay mucha gente muy trabajadora aquí en el Municipio; gente que trabaja y que atiende bien a los ciudadanos, que viene a servir y no a servirse y buscamos que esto sea un ejemplo que cunda entre el resto del personal”, indicó.
Dijo que los galardonados demuestran el compromiso que toda la Presidencia Municipal debe tener para con la ciudadanía, para hacer mejor el trabajo en beneficio de la comunidad.
“Reconocemos a Raúl de los Santos Ledezma, Fabiola Ivette Martínez Romero y Mireya Flores Alarcón; a ellos quiero agradecerles su entrega y disposición a nombre de la ciudad, porque a final de cuentas están trabajando para las y los juarenses; los exhortamos a que sigan trabajando con ese espíritu y esas ganas de servicio”, expresó.
A todos los empleados les hizo un llamado para que hagan el mejor de sus esfuerzos y que mientras desempeñen su trabajo en el servicio público, que valga la pena y no lleguen solo a ocupar un espacio.
“Tiene que valer la pena, si no, para qué estamos aquí”, señaló.
Al respecto, el regidor y coordinador de la Comisión, Pedro Alberto Matus Peña, dijo que la elección de los ganadores fue muy difícil, pues todos los participantes merecían ganar, sin embargo, se hizo un análisis exhaustivo y se logró determinar a estos tres ganadores.
“En este día premiamos a tres empleados municipales ejemplares, que se encuentran en diferentes áreas del municipio dando servicio a la ciudadanía juarense y cada uno de ellos ha puesto su huella particular en sus actividades cotidianas, lo que hace que hoy nos encontremos en esta premiación”, indicó.
Todos merecían ganar, pero se determinó dar el premio, en el área administrativa, a Raúl de los Santos, de 71 años de edad, quien no tiene ninguna falta y es un empleado comprometido con su trabajo y nunca ha faltado.
También se reconoció a Mireya Flores Alarcón, una mujer con una alta calidad humana, disposición de servicio y alto sentido de cooperación.
En lo que se refiere a seguridad pública se destacó a Fabiola Martínez Romero, agente de la Coordinación de Seguridad Vial, quien en sus labores de servicio ayudó a una ciudadana a dar a luz y evitó un suicidio.
