El diputado y coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario de Movimiento Ciudadano (GPMC), Francisco Sánchez Villegas, informó que un Juez de Distrito concedió la suspensión en el recurso de amparo para que el Congreso del Estado se abstenga de realizar las adecuaciones en materia de reforma al Poder Judicial.
“La mal llamada reforma al poder judicial no será aplicada en Chihuahua. Hace un momento un Juez de Distrito le ordenó al Congreso de Chihuahua no reformar la constitución local, ni la normatividad interna, para aplicar la mal llamada reforma judicial”, afirmó.
Francisco Sánchez remarcó que este amparo fue promovido como el presidente de la Comisión de Justicia del Congreso del Estado y tiene como efectos que este órgano legislativo no realice ninguna adecuación al marco normativo de Chihuahua, y las reformas centralistas en materia de justicia no sean aplicadas en este Estado.
“En Chihuahua defendemos nuestra soberanía y desde el centro del país no nos van a decir cómo elegir a nuestros jueces, cómo impartir justicia, porque esto es parte de nuestro régimen interno. Desde aquí vamos a defender nuestro norte del régimen centralista”, declaró.
