Cuauhtémoc Estrada, coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario de morena en el Congreso del Estado, cuestionó la veracidad de los avances y logros que la gobernadora María Eugenia Campos intenta destacar en su Tercer Informe de Gobierno, al señalar la falta de resultados tangibles en temas clave como la seguridad, el manejo de la deuda pública y la infraestructura educativa.
“¿Ha disminuido realmente la deuda a largo plazo del estado o ha aumentado? ¿Se ha logrado poner en orden la situación financiera de Chihuahua?”, planteó Estrada. El legislador subrayó que la administración estatal ha contado con ingresos extraordinarios de casi 32 mil millones de pesos en los últimos tres años, recursos que, en teoría, podrían haber contribuido a reducir la deuda pública de 54 mil millones de pesos, pero que solo se utilizaron para pagar a proveedores sin abordar el problema de fondo.
En cuanto a los ingresos provenientes de las casetas de peaje en las carreteras estatales, Estrada señaló que, a pesar de los remanentes acumulados —915 millones de pesos en el año más bajo y 2 mil 400 millones en el más alto—, no se ha evidenciado ninguna mejora significativa en la red carretera de Chihuahua.
Respecto a la obra pública, el diputado cuestionó la falta de avances: “¿Pueden señalar alguna obra pública relevante realizada en estos tres años? ¿En qué municipios o regiones se ha concretado algún proyecto importante? La respuesta es clara: la obra pública ha sido prácticamente nula”, afirmó.
En el ámbito educativo, Estrada destacó la falta de infraestructura, particularmente en las escuelas de secundaria y preparatoria en Ciudad Juárez, donde la demanda de planteles sigue sin ser atendida de manera adecuada.
Sin embargo, fue en el tema de la seguridad donde el congresista expresó mayor preocupación. “¿Realmente ha funcionado la estrategia de seguridad? ¿Han dado los resultados esperados la Plataforma y la Torre Centinela, que se nos vendieron como los proyectos insignia de este gobierno en materia de seguridad? Yo le pregunto a la sociedad: ¿creen que estos proyectos han cumplido con lo prometido?”.
