El ex director de la aduana de Tampico, hoy testigo protegido, reveló la existencia de una red de huachicol fiscal encabezada por los hermanos Manuel Roberto y Fernando Farías, sobrinos del ex secretario de Marina José Rafael Ojeda Durán.
Según su testimonio ante la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), la operación permitía el ingreso de buques cargados de combustible de contrabando, cobrando sobornos de 1.7 millones de pesos por embarcación.
